The venture to sell rare shoes was begun by Steve back in 1999. He started with only two pairs of shoes selling them on eBay. In 2002,nike shoes for sale, Steve joined forces with Nicole Fesette. Together, they have traveled over 470,000 miles around the world and visited 30 countries to find Nike and Jordan shoes. Over the course of three years, Steve and Nicole have increased inventory from two pairs of shoes to over 12,000 pairs.

This is Steve's seventh business. His first business was started when he was 13 years old. Of course it had to do with computers, an Apple II if you're old enough to remember those! His last business was a digital video on demand company. This company created a cost effective digital video server for cruise ships, universities, high end home theaters and hotels. Steve sold this company to Escient.
Steve, Nicole and Retrokid started up a magazine and have created a one of a kind experience for people into shoes - Sole Collector.
